Jaimie's Hanky Baby

Jaimie has been stuffing lots of handkerchieves into her tshirt for quite some time.

I was guessing she was pretending to be pregnant but I didn't want to tell her I knew what was she up to. I wanted her to tell me. Whenever I asked her, she would keep quiet and looked shy. One fine day last week, she finally confessed that it was her "handkerchief baby". I nodded and asked if she thought she was having a baby in her stomach, just like auntie pam/ auntie shelley/ shen-shen (my sister in law)... she said yes.

I am amused that a 3 year old will pretend play to be pregnant. Is it a sign of her interest in sexuality? Nursing babies and all I can understand but pregnant? Hmmm....?

I think it's normal. Izzy does it too...all the time...because her teacher was pregnant. She would stuff one of her toys up her t-shirt and say "I got baby". Even if there was nothing to stuff she's stick her stomach out and say the same thing.

Your girls stuff things into the lower portion of their shirts... mine stuff them into the upper portions and declare, " My bor bor like mummy". Should I laugh or cry?

WG,
I think you should feel proud and happy. Izzy says hers are the same as mine!

haha, at least Jae stuff her hanky inside her tee. Elvina simply point at her stomach (especially after meal when it's round) and claim she have a baby inside her stomach. Sometime when she's in the mood, she will even name her baby.

Jae so cute... and so are some of the comments here, hehe.

Perfectly normal. My gals "nurse" their dolls when they saw me nursing their baby sister :) Hey, come to think of it, they never once imitate me preggy wor...
