Hi Angie,
When she grows up, her hair will grow as well, so don't worry. My daughter is the same. When she was baby, her hair was scarce.
Btw, Donut Factory outlet at Novena Square is opened. I had lunch with Idy today and managed to buy a 1/2 dozen. No Q.. : P
