I am also planning to do another one photo montage soon - "Vincent's 2nd Year" or more challenging video montage! for his 2nd birthday.
For his first year there were more major milestones so I selected about 200 photos and in the end the song got repeated 3 times! ;p
It's strange how the video quality detoriates when I uploaded it up onto YouTube...My original clip didn't have those irritating artifacts leh. :-(
Mine first one too. The resolution got worse after I downsized the file to less than 100MB to meet YouTube's requirements.

Oh, my file is not that large - only like 13MB. Even with high compression, it plays quite clearly on my PC. However, once uploaded onto YouTube ugly streaks appeared. :-(
