那个compression socks管用吗？
我家员外说，还好。12km不太感觉到它的用处，但是比没有穿好。我觉得太丑了，很不愿意穿。我跑14-15km，感觉还可以“咚”，也许跑18km以上就要考虑借助科技，毕竟自己也是有相当的年龄，不要假厉害。
