Dinner With Our Old Kakis

FL and SB are our old, old kakis from uni days. FL and Clement were from the same faculty and did their work attachment together. SB and Clement knew each other from the NUS Chinese Orchestra. Hence, the 4 of us always double dated 15 years ago.

Being penniless undergrads, our activities always involved minimal cost. We would spend an entire Saturday afternoon playing badmintion or mahjong. The couple who lost the games will pay for dinner.

SB and FL got married the same year as we did only that they were married in January while we did so in November. We were also the MCs for each other's wedding banquet.

SB and FL, we really need to do badmintion and mahjong together again!

The dinner was not a very long one as the kids were making too much noise in the restuarant. We evacuated ourselves before we got complaints. :D After we parted, we went to Crocs to get Jaimie a pair of Hello Kitty shoes. Nice, yeah? Unfortunately they did not have adult sizes.

Liz,

there is NO CHOICE. it's either pink or white but the white ones were all gone and left only a pair which is not Jaimie's size. Anyway, i do prefer the pink to the white one. i am a very practical mommy.
