Bento #69

Clement was having this terrible migraine for the past 2 days. Last night, his migraine became so bad that he couldn't sleep at all. Even panadols couldn't help. He sat up at 3am this morning and wanted to bang his head against the wall. I woke up to help him put some medicated oil and massage a little for him. In the end, he fell asleep but I was wide awake!!!=_=

So I went to the kitchen to make bento at 3am. Yes, ladies and gentlemen. 3am.

I made baked rice with the usual stuff. However, this time I added some biscuit crumbs just to see how it goes. Hmmm... not very nice. Should have stuck with my old recipe. This bake rice I give it a 3/10.

I went back to bed at 4.30am and slept till 6am... and I was yawning out loud the whole day....

Oh dear...hope Clement is over his migranes.

Unfortunately, Panadol is too weak.

Seriously though, you can keep special migraine medication at home (Triptan family of drugs).

I hardly get migraine but I've had it once or twice. I prefer to knock myself out totally so I take "cough syrup". The one with codeine in it.

The baked rice looks very nice!

MF is so right, I read that sleep is the best medicine, that is, if you can get to sleep. Hope Clement is feeling better now. May be he should stay away from blogging(bright light) for a while to avoid any onset...

Try to get more sleep too, Angie. Your bake rice doesn't look like 3/10 to me :)

I have this habit which works with migraine.... pulling hair.

Not pulling out hair, but just tugging the hair to stimulate the scalp, increase blood circulation and divert pain within head to the skin...

Check whethere it is a special type of food he has taken before he sleeps... sometimes chocolates/sweets/msg may cause migraine.
