Do let the fringe grow out and bring her to a salon hairdresser for a touch-up trim. Those $10 Jap salons will not allow parent to arm carry child. Go to those neighbourhood one they'll charge you $8 even cheaper *hehe*

Aces: it's a stray cat in the neighbourhood...it's always hanging outside the CCC. maybe it was kept there deliberately so that it becomes a "bait" for the kids! haha!!
