We went to Ghim Moh to see a dermatologist for my eczema problem before we proceed to IMM for the water playground.
Jaimie was excited about the water playground as it has been some time since we allowed her to play there. Unfortunately all her friends could not make it and she was alone. At first, she was just walking around the playground, avoiding the water and other kids.
Soon, she became comfortable with the crowd and started to play with the water sprouts.
She began to run around chasing her own shadow. Then, she saw a like-minded soul among the other children!
The 2 girls began chasing after each other and laughing happily.
Soon, they became real good buddies.
Jaimie's new friend is Apple and she is from Hong Kong. She looks slightly bigger than Jaimie but after a chit chat with her mom Angela, we realised that Jaimie is in fact a month older than Apple.
Jaimie enjoyed the company of her new friend so much that she was reluctant to say goodbye. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't frequent IMM because she doesn't live nearby. She came to IMM today because her school is closed. Anyway, it is always nice to know a new friend.
We met Dayan and Chinmama when we wanted to buy lunch at the IMM Banquet foodcourt. We have been running into each other very often lately. What coincidence!It was too tiring for us to take the MRT home so we took a cab. In the afternoon, while Jaimie entertained herself and missing her nap, I vacuumed and mopped the floor, washed the laundry, ironed the basket full of clothes, prepared dinner, fed Jaimie her dinner... and I am dog tired now.
Today is more tiring than a normal working day. It is no fun to be a SAHM although I do enjoy the bonding time with Jaimie.Hmmm... maybe I tried to do too many things in a day.

Er... normal SAHMs don't do so many things in a day. At least, I don't keke. The only ironing I do is Faith's uniform and the girls' dresses, I leave the rest of the ironing, scrubbing of toilets and kitchen to the cleaner who comes ev Wed.
What happen to your skin? I went for a jab yesterday morning cuz my ezcema is very serious till infections.
So sorry can't join you guys today..Jae love IMM waterplay..next time shall we arrange again?....

Yeah I am the most mentally drained at work during the weekdays and physically drained during the weekends when I am SAHM! Mothers have no proper rest days for long time liao...
AAaaawwww.... Jaimie is such a sweetie!!! 'cos not all children are willing to mix with other children...

Wah say, u r so hardworking. Normally I don;t do chorses when i know I'm going out. Very tiring leh.
Jae is really a sweet girl. My mum was surprised when she called Dayan "Dayan gor gor". Hehe!
