As mentioned in the previous post, I made dinner for Jaimie last night. It was cheese baked rice. This time I mixed 2 kinds of cheese -- cheddar and mozzarella. It tasted better than just mozzarella cheese! I put broccoli and sausages into the rice, then added in some campbell cream of mushroom before I spread the cheese on top. Shove it into the oven for about 7 mins at 200 deg and I made myself a nice lunch. I cut a hard boiled egg into Jaimie's baked rice and it was yummy! I was in the rush this morning so I give the hard boiled egg a miss.
Nice, cute, cheap and microwavable bento box from Mini Toons at less than $7!
After tasting the pannini from MOF, I told myself I MUST get myself a pannini toaster. I hunted the whole of Singapore for the Kenwood Mulit Snacker which allows me to make waffle, make sandwich, toast pannini and grill. To my dismay, the sales person told me that the whole of Singapore was out of stock!
You see, when you want to get something and you cannot get it, the MORE you want it. I complained to Clement and told him I need THAT multi snacker. So the man searched the ebay and found me a brand new one which the owner won in a lucky draw at a price lower than the RRP. How resourceful!!!
The lines on the sandwich looks good, dont they? Heeheehee~
