2011 UK Tour -- Something New

These girls are the new additions to the group.

For some of us, it was a first visit to Warwick Castle. Jaimie was totally impressed as I told her this was where the REAL Kings and Queens and Princesses lived. Actually, I think I gave her the wrong information. Ah, never mind. At least now she has an idea how big is a real castle.

She believed they were real.

There was even an interactive session with the kids where this princess asked the kids to vote for the wedding dress for her sister. Jaimie was TOTALLY convinced that she was a real princess!

Everyday was filled with so much fun and adventure that we forgot it was past our normal dinner time. Plus, the sun set was at 9.30pm and made it seem early to have dinner at 7pm. We ate in this Taiwanese Restaurant in London. They serve quite authentic Taiwanese food!

When we were young and travelling without kids, we walked the whole of London. Gone were the days. We decided to give ourselves a break by taking a boat tour around London. Aaahhhhh~~ it sure felt good to sit down and enjoy the breeze!

Come, take picture with me and pay me money!

I had to control my laughter when I saw who was behind the mask!

The guys were very adventurous and decided to do punting themselves. That is certainly something they had never done before. With their punting skills, we were unable to go very far nor were we able to relax to enjoy the beauty of Cambridge. This is definitely a new experience for all of us. :)
